Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
Arrangements have been made to hold the Meeting described in the Chairman's article on page 5 of "The Swan" and on this website at the Mowlem on Saturday 3rd March 2007 at 13.30. Lunches are available at the Mowlem Restaurant but please make arrangements directly with them (01929 422496 or 421564) as we are not making a group booking. There are, of course, a number of Restaurants and Hostelries in the immediate area. Tea will be available at the end of the meeting.
It is obviously important that as many members as possible attend but if you cannot do so please let the Chairman have your views (on slip below) and they will be communicated to those attending. There will be no formal decisions taken at the meeting, but as indicated in the article, the conclusions will help the Committee to decide what way is viable and will determine their next General Association Meeting in 2009. All comments are helpful but please remember that the most important issue is whether we can identify the people who will lead the Association forward.

or 020 8441 3960 so that they can be aired at the meeting.
